About The Developer

This website was built by me, Rich Field at Black Sand Solutions.

I first came across Liiliput Libraries whilst House-Sitting on the Otago Peninsula, when I happened upon a couple during an evening stroll. I soon discovered that there were several of these awesome little libraries nearby and was never without a good book for the duration of my stay.

I've since left Dunedin but I contacted Ruth, (the founder of Lilliput Libraries) to ask if she would like me to build a site to help book lovers locate their closest library. She said yes, and this site was born. It's been built completely free of charge as my way of saying thanks and supporting this great project.
